We also specialize in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), weddings, and group travel arrangements.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
We inform each customer of their payment schedule and cancellation window before payment collection.
Please note that cancellation terms may vary according to the resort or property booked.
Reservation
A non-refundable deposit per room/villa is required to confirm your reservation.

Failure to pay the balance within the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
Festive Season (Late December – Early January)

Cancellation / Amendments / Refunds
Standard Season:

No-shows or early departures: 100% fee applies

Cancellations after confirmation: 10% fee applies

Instead of cancellation, a date change may be requested, subject to resort approval and rate differences.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed after written notification and deduction of applicable fees.
Payment Information
Once you confirm a booking, we will send an invoice with available payment options.
Bank Transfer
Payments can be made directly to our official company bank account (details provided in the invoice).
Flywire Gateway
You may pay in your preferred currency via Flywire.
By proceeding with payment, you agree to Flywire’s Terms of Use.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Flywire platform.
BML Payment Gateway
For payments in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) or USD, you will be redirected to the Bank of Maldives (BML) secure payment page.
Our Maldives Pvt Ltd does not access or store your card details.
All communications are encrypted via TLS/SSL protocols.
Please retain a copy of your invoice and payment confirmation for reference.
Resort Transfers
To arrange transfers, please provide your international flight details.

Speedboat / Yacht / Luxury Yacht:
Coordinated according to international flight timings. -
Domestic Flight + Speedboat:
Same-day transfers available for most arrivals before midnight (subject to resort confirmation). -
Seaplane:

Arrival flights must land before 15:00 hrs (GMT+5).

Departure flights must leave after 09:00 hrs (GMT+5).

Baggage allowance: 20kg per person (excess fees apply).

Immigration Requirements

All tourists must pre-book accommodation.

A 30-day tourist visa is granted on arrival.

Travelers must submit an online Travel Declaration within 96 hours before arrival.

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond departure.

The company is not liable for entry denial due to invalid documents.
Prohibited & Restricted Goods
Prohibited items include narcotics, pornographic material, idols, alcohol, pork, chemicals, weapons, and explosives.
Restricted items require official permits, including live animals, plants, medicines, and tobacco products.
Note: As of November 15, 2024, import or possession of vaping devices is prohibited nationwide.

Customers are responsible for any bank conversion or transfer fees.

Limitation of Liability
Our Maldives Pvt Ltd acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (resorts, airlines, etc.).
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by third parties or natural events beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
Any disputes arising will be settled under Maldivian jurisdiction.
